Sound Bites Grill Sedona

No joke...this place is crazy good! The best food, red rock views, Sunday Brunch, indoor and patio dining, live music and really nice, attentive waiters.
Ribs fall off the bone, Salmon melts in your mouth, yummy appetizers and
a very sexy, New York style bar...Love it, you will too!

Sound Bites Grill has the worst service and management of any restaurant I have ever been to The server we had, and the manager, were rude and sarcastic and pretty much drove us out of the restaurant and then demanded we pay for the food that was cooked wrong and that we didn't touch We were on vacation and went there for dinner on February 18th When my friends steak came out well done, he told the waitress who took the steak to the chef and then came back and insisted that it was cooked correctly She was very rude and sarcastically asked if he wanted it [redacted] He asked to speak to the manager She took her time coming over even thought the place was dead She was equally rude and after being insulted, my friend said he wasn't paying for his or his wife's meal We were with them and hadn't yet eaten so we decided to leave We gave the manager our information and told her we wanted to speak to the manager She called the police on us and we went back and I paid for my and my wife's dinner even though we had not eaten any of it This place should not be in business and the employees should take some customer service classes, especially the manager Shame on you Sound Bites Grill
