On 04/15/I spoke with [redacted] regarding this complaint He told me he was going to contact the Revdex.com regarding the removal of his complaint [redacted] called in on 04/12/and said he wanted to cancel I gave him express instructions on what form to sign and where to mail it I even stressed the importance of mailing it immediately as he had three business days to cancel the transaction He was told that as soon as we received the cancellation form we would contact him and have our representative pick up our merchandise On 04/14/ [redacted] called and spoke with a manager about his cancellation [redacted] was told that we hadn't received it yet and when we did he would be contacted immediately to schedule a pick up Later that night I received the Revdex.com complaint falsely accusing our company I had asked [redacted] during our conversation today, "What did our company do to harm you or cause you alarm?" He had no answer, and again agreed to remove his complaint because we haven't done anything wrong! We did receive his cancellation form today I have called [redacted] and left a voicemail regarding scheduling a pick up time I am requesting the removal of this complaint from the Revdex.com website and any other public forum as it is falsely accusing us of not honoring his cancellation Feel free to call with any questions
