My mortgage broker called AvanteUsa and they said this account is still open. They said it will be temporarily removed from my credit report and then put back on. That is the most deceitful thing I have ever heard. I am so glad I did not immediately accept this resolution. If I wasn't certain that this company is shady and I do not owe this debt, I am now! I hope the BBB launches a full investigation. There are probably tons of people who have been taken by this company. I will not be satisfied until I have written notification that this account is permanently closed and I can see that it has been removed from my credit report. We interviewed a few real estate agents and decided on using Assit 2Sell owner/broker, *** *** because we had a good feeling about her honesty and knowledge of the real estate market in our area We had gotten very differnet opionions on the listing price of our home We felt she was being honest with the number she gave us, and was not just giving us a low number to make a quick sale Her suggestion was several thousand more than other agents As it turned out, our home sold in less than months and for several thousand more than we listed for We were happy with the number of showings and the negotiation process as well as the closing process.*** always kept us informed when there was feedback as well
