I have asked for a quote numerous times and I always get some type of negative attitude from the person answering emails. I wonder why they think a person would submit a request for a quote twice, for their health? Maybe I did not receive a quote in the first place and I want to make sure you see my quote so we can do business. Every time, the attitude comes out and the person is asking me why did I send a request twice or do you not understand this process? I am so shocked by the level of unprofessionalism this company has toward customers. I cannot speak about anyone else. All I know is I will not be doing business with them no matter if it was free. I believe in great customer service and making sure the customer feels valued. Every email conversation is rough and uneasy. Who wants to spend their money with someone that makes them feel uneasy? I am floored by this ugliness they display by email and I am glad there has been no phone conversation because I would most definitely have not had a good conversation with them. Make sure you watch yourself when dealing with this group.
