Hello my name is Luis S***, I never talked to this customer in the first placeIt was Christian S*** and Janie S*** took his payment, He was explained what happened and why it was taking so long to fixThe Junk yard *** *** *** on *** *** gave us the
wrong part, we had to send one of our guys to remove the part from the junk yard and we had install his parts. Customer got a bit aggressive toward Janie a bunch of foul language unnecessary we have a voice recording were we explained to him the cost and his responsive was "its ok ill make a complain and ill get my money back" the part cost us $75 and we charge him $63.57 in the total amount of plus tax in full amount of $ Customer had gone else where they were charging him $*** *** *** but my sister explained to him that he need it the frame around the vent glass which makes it more expensiveWe have voice recording if needThank you again for your time!
