To Whom It May Concern,                We regret Mr. [redacted] feels he overpaid for his liner and installation. We assume he received other bids from other companies. He stated in our store that our price was competitive and our workmanship, reputation and...

quality were superior, and that’s why he chose us.                Mr. [redacted]’s liner was installed 3 years ago, and this was the first time he had contacted us with any issue. After checking the liner, and sending pictures to the manufacturer, it was determined that the problem was not a defect in the liner or installation, but rather due to poor water chemistry or neglect. Although the manufacturer would not give Mr. [redacted] a free liner, they offered him a huge discount on a replacement liner, and we offered to discount the labor. He refused.                In his last visit to our store, Mr. [redacted] became very confrontational with our service manager, even though all he was trying to do was help.                 We strive for customer satisfaction but in this case, we believe nothing we could say or do would please Mr. [redacted], so we consider this matter closed.Sincerely,[redacted]
