Review: We had two garage doors that were not working and called this company to evaluate them. Onf of the doors had a broken hinge. They repaired one door which had a bent hinge by replacing 8 pulleys , 2 rollers, and a hinge..together with the service charge of $95 the bill came to over $400. They said that the second door need a whole new motor since a piece inside the mechanism was broken.A few days later, the door they fixed broke. We were told there would be a second service charge in addition to whatever might need to be repaired. When we called back again they denied saying there would be another service charge although this was NOT ambiguous with the first conversation.My husband subsequently repaired that door by replacing some of what they had done. He also repaired the other door for a few dollars by replacing the part in the motor that was broken with no necessity to replace the whole motor.So it seems I paid over $400 for a garage door repair that lasted two days. Clearly this is unacceptableDesired Settlement: I would like a refund for their work and parts.
