First of all I would like to respond and clear the fact that the complainant is not a customer of SOS MEDIA. Second of all NOBODY from this company has contacted her again, the phone number she provided to the Revdex.com is in our registered DNC list, so again NOBODY from this company has contacted...

To also clear up a statement made by the complainant, we were not calling to sale her anything but to offer "assistance" which the person on the other line "rudely rejected", which is fine it's something our agents are used to. However, calling back our company multiple times is also a form of "harassment" so then I guess we are in our legal rights to take our own approach to see that they stop that. To not continue with this childish game they are playing, I would also suggest  they stop making "harassing" phone calls to our company, being that the complainant has not nor will receive a call from our company again. Sincerely, [redacted]
