We have in fact been working in those areas since last fall, and with the amount of snowfall we had through the winter, not every damage of soft surface or sprinklers were apparent We still have crews working in the areas handling all restoration and sprinkler issues, and will dispatch a crew
to this address this week Google Fiber does have a complaint line that tracks all damages from construction, and we are working diligently to get everyone's property restored Most soft surface restoration materials (sod) are not even available to purchase until April 15th, and due to the wet spring we have had, many property owners have not turned on their sprinkler system until this weekend We are happy to swing by, assess and make all repairs necessary We placed over 200,000' of conduit through that area in months of winter, so it does take some time to get everything restored.Thanks,Chad S*801-628-
