Review: Good day. I placed an order for delivery at this restaurant at 12:13 pm 04/**/2014. The order was supposed to be deliver to my work place [redacted]. The restaurant is actually around 4 blocks away from the workplace. My delivery estimate time was 12:58pm. Order number: [redacted]. I called around 1:10pm to find out about my delivery and I was told the food was out for delivery. I called at 1:25 since the food never arrived and I was told that my food was never out for delivery due to a problem with their online system that they never got the order. After one of the employees pursuading to send the order late, in which I had already missed my lunch time waiting I told them that I was interested on not getting charge because I never received the items neither on time nor late. [redacted]'s staff never got the order but the [redacted] on duty, [redacted] (Last name unknown) told me that he wasn't going to lie to me but that my order was charged: $40.27. How was I charged when they never got the order in the first place? Anyway, I told him that I wanted a refund back to my Visa credit/debit card ending [redacted].Desired Settlement: I want [redacted]'s to refund the money that I spent for food that neither my coworkers and I got delivered.
