Caitlyn is a liar and told me I had to pay I have proof ...I will now report her to consumer affairs..this is an illegal business

Response:I had to cancel the petting zoo party due to the fact my horses have stranglesWe have several horses quarantined so they do not spread the disease to other horsesThe vet said they should not leave the premises, and I provided proof of a written document from my vet on my website, along
with the continuous vet bills we pay for our animals to have a better quality of lifeThe customer was given the opportunity to pay the party in full or just leave a $deposit to hold her date and timeThis customer chose to pay $in full and I did not have the cash right away to refund her, I let her know thisI stayed in contact with her and let her know that I was sorry and I asked her to send me a invoice through *** for her refundI issued the refund on August 7th, and ***s echeck kept it under the pending section until August 18thThe echeck cleared on August 18th, and I do not know why it took *** to take so long to return the moneyI do apologize that it took so long for the refund to clear but that is beyond my control*** states it takes 5-business days to return someone's moneyI have never stolen from anyone, so that is informationI also only cancel parties when something uncontrollable happensWhen working with animals we never know what we are going to come out and seeThey are like people and can get sick tooI also would like to state that the few parties that I had to cancel, ALL of them have been refunded their money.Sent on: 8/21/3:48:PM
