Placed an order on seamless at 7:47pm, ETA was 8:32pm
Called for an update at 9:00pm, was told it was on the way & had left the store
Called back at 9:43pm as still nothing, now the store is closed
When I spoke with the store at 9:00pm the woman seemed somewhat unsure & I had a feeling something was offI should have cancelled then & there
What an awful experience, terrible way to treat customersI waited for hours for food that never came, plus they lied to me when I called
Totally unacceptable to take a customers money & not send them their order
This is essentially theft
