Found exactly what I was searching for with excellent prices. The delivery was quick and the customer service was excellent in helping with sizes as well as email communication regarding my order! Return (for size reason) was very easy. It was totally refreshing to have personal communication both phone & email that was very friendly. I would easily recommend Sophias Style.

We were looking for some formal outfits for our son and found this website. We ordered two different outfits to give ourselves different options. The ordering process was pretty straight forward and we received a confirmation email about our order pretty quickly. The issues came with shipping. We paid for expedited 3-5 day shipping because we needed ample time to determine if we would need to order anything else in case the outfits didn't fit. The day after we ordered we received an email stating that our package was shipped. In the email it listed both outfits as part of the shipped items. We were provided a tracking number for our shipment. The package arrived 5 days later but when we opened the package there was only 1 outfit. I immediately emailed customer service and 2 hours later I receive an email stating our items have shipped and was provided another tracking number. The next day customer service emails me and says they need to contact their warehouse to figure out what's going on with the missing item. I wait and no response so finally I ended up emailing again in order to get an update. They finally email saying the warehouse had already shipped the item and once they get the tracking number they'll respond with an update. I immediately respond stating an email was sent with the tracking number and when it was sent. I provide the tracking number and again waited for a response. They respond with an email stating the second item and first item were both shipped at the same time and that it's *** at fault. Seems fishy to me that all of a sudden we receive an email with a new tracking number hours after we inquire about missing items and that all of a sudden it's *** at fault. Seems to me someone forgot to ship the item and they're trying tho pin the blame on *** to avoid the fact that they can't hold up to their promise on expedited delivery. To me own up to your mistake. Will not be ordering from them again and I recommend others to be wary of their practices.

Not surprising that the good reviews are only around customer service for purchases! Returns are impossible with this company! I ordered a pair of shoes for my son for his 1st communion next month. I ordered them a half size smaller than his sneakers thinking they would fit. They were at least 2 full sizes too big. Clearly, not a standard size. I promptly returned the shoes, within their tight return window, only to be told they can't accept the shoe returns as we tried them on. I bought them through a large retailer whose site said that returns were easy and hassle free and had an incorrect amount that the US post office would charge to return them. At this point they refuse a refund and are seemingly unwilling to even return the shoes to me. So they have the shoes and my payment. I'll give them a few days to see if they return the shoes before opening an official complaint. But, they are NOT WORTH THE HASSLE! There are far too many other companies out there actually standing behind their products to ever do business here.

I'd like to edit that after many emails and my negative review, Sophia's Style Boutique has been able to agree on returning the shoes. It shouldn't take this much effort. Buyer beware!! I'd also like to note that I've been in touch with *** to correct their site as they actually had a conflicting policy listed online.

Sophia's Style has the most AMAZING Customer Service Staff ever! I have made purchases before and ALWAYS been pleased. This time I ran into an internet ordering problem. I tried to place this order a couple times, finally I called customer service. Spoke with Michelle, she was tremedous. Practically before I could hang up my issue was resolved and showing in my email. Speedy,pleasant and quality who could ask for more.

Never in my 63 years have I ever dealt with a company that has stood behind their product the way Sophias Style has! Their customer service is impeccable! I can't begin to praise them enough for the quick hassle-free support! My order arrived on time. It was a dress for my Granddaughter. To my surprise it was even more stunning in person and made with better quality materials than expected, it did unfortunately have some minor damage. With an email and a couple pictures I received a replacement dress 3 days later. Their customer service and products are absolutely astounding. Thank you again Sophias Style!

Horrible customer service Stay far away from this company The post office lost my package an they are refusing to give me a refund on my order for at least days So I have no package and they still have my money Terrible experience

Hello! I just want to share my recent customer experience with the Sophia's Style Boutique Team beacuse when companies do a good job, deserves a good review. I was blown away by the good quality customer service provided by Sophia's Style. I recinteky placed an order on 12-22-18 which was the Saturday (the Christmas weekend) I wrote to them because I need it to adjust the shipping method. Despite being a weekend and being closed for the holidays. Someone from the company answer my email and was very responsive and provide an exceptional customer service, by providing me with multiple opticions to accommodate my needs. And it provided a prompt responds to my email. Also I have to mention that the customer service representative follow up with me the next business day as promised (which was wednesday, the day after chistmast) and I just have to say that I have never experienced such a high quality and personal customer service. Thank you Sophia's Style Team for all your awoseome customer service and for going out of your way to ensure that I get my dress on time for the holidays. Thank you sooooooo much!

placed order of 4 prod. at sophiasstyle.com, they emailed me that I had 3 track #'s and 3 pkgs. I rec'd 2 pkgs. and 3 prod.they refused to send other.
I placed an order on sophiasstyle.com ***. The order contained four product numbers: a pair of shoes, dress, shirt/pants set, tutu/headband set. The company emailed me later *** stating 3 tracking numbers and saying my order would arrive in 3 packages. I received 2 packages containing 3 items on ***. A few days later, ***, I asked by email about my third package containing my fourth item. I was told by email by *** that I received all my packages and all my items. At that point they refused to acknowledge the third package or my missing product which is one product number but two items, the rainbow tutu and headband set. My order #***. My tracking number for the unsent package USPS #***.

Desired Outcome

full price refund of $*** for the missing product plus a third of the $*** shipping charges credited back to my *** account that I paid with.

A THIRD package containing the final item from Sophiasstyle.com was received ***. Sophiasstyle.com denied there was a THIRD package, they denied there was THREE tracking numbers. They were still ***. But, I have received all my items now and can close my case. I will not do business with such a *** company again.

I ordered two shoes for my grand nieces and they were beautiful! Only one pair arrived so I called their customer service and they sent me the second pair without any problem. They were friendly and very helpful. I will definitely order from Sophia's Style again and I highly recommend them.

Sophia's Style advertises their clothing at a particular price, but when placed into the "cart," the price increases, significantly. Not "from."
I was looking to buy many low priced dresses for a missions project. I found Sophie's Style via the *** web-site.
I made my selection to buy 30 dresses from Sophie's Style that were priced under $*. But, when I looked at the cart, the prices had jumped to about $*** PER DRESS.
The prices on the initial web-page did NOT say "from" a certain price "to" a higher price, as I have seen on other websites.
So, I called Sophie's Style, directly, to register my question which quickly turned into a complaint. They started to quote me several different prices with various discount offers, but NONE were close to the low price which was on their original web-page.
THEN........THEY TOOK THE DRESS "OFF" OF THEIR WEB-SITE!
I have the e-mail correspondences, should you be interested to see them.
Also, I took a couple of screen shots (with my ***) for proof of this situation.

Desired Outcome

I would like for Sophie's Style to sell me the dresses at the original price for which they advertised. ALSO, I think they should be reprimanded, in some way, for FALSE ADVERTISING!

We did have a system issue with our pricing and we quickly rectified this.

We did sell out of many of our items during our sale. We did not take any dresses down, we simply sold them.

We would be more than happy to issue the customer a gift card to spend on our site.

I ordered a unicorn dress for my daughter on a Saturday night and Monday I received an email stating it was shipped. I checked tracking a week later and it stated *** was still waiting for the shipment so I instantly became worried and called Sophias customer service and spoke to Julie. She was Wonderful. She took the time to call/email the warehouse and *** to find out what was going on. I was asked to give her until the next morning to get the necessary answers. Well that night I received the dress. ***'s tracking system was the issue. The situation was beyond Sophias control but their customer service went out of her way to help me get answers. As far as the dress, it was true to size and it is beautiful! We ordered the full length white unicorn dress and it is just like the picture. My daughter loves it! Also, I received the email Oct 8th that the dress was shipped and Oct 15th I received the dress. One week was all it took to get the dress even with the minor set back with ***.

Terrible company. I ordered a particular kids size skirt for my daughter and they sent what they believe to be the equivalent size in juniors. Skirt didn't fit. I'm expected to pay for shipping to return the skirt when they made the mistake. False advertising... horrible experience.... I'm very disappointed that *** allows them to do business on their website.

So happy with the prices, timeliness and responsiveness to an inquiry! Found my new favorite store for my daughter, HUGE THANK YOU!

I have to say, I am impressed with Sophia's Style. At first, I was skeptical, but they definitely proved me wrong. I fell in love with a dress for my daughter, but the website didn't show they had the dress available in the size and color I liked. I was ready to order the dress in a different color, but first decided to send them an email inquiring about the type of fit of the dress and gave them the information of the dress in the color I loved. They responded to me very quickly and told me they would find out when the dress would be again available in the size and color I wanted. Not long after, I got a second email, to my surprise, with awesome news, the dress I wanted was available in the color & size requested. I was flabbergasted, extremely happy and ordered the dress right away.
To top it all, I received the dress within 2 days. I did not expect to get the dress so fast. I am definitely a new SUPER HAPPY customer.

I cannot say enough positive things about Sophia's Style! I personally messaged them on *** about a dress that I wanted to order, they messaged back immediately to answer all of my questions, double checked their stocks to ensure the dress size was there, and shipped the dress the exact same day that I ordered! A+++++++ customer service! Also the dress was absolutely stunning and outstanding quality! I most definitely will be ordering from them again and recommending this company to others!

My mother purchased three dresses (each dress costing over $**) from this company for my daughter in early November (Nov. 11th, 2016 to be exact.) as Christmas gifts. Before purchasing she requested & received manufacturer's sizing charts for all three dresses and ordered sizes of these dresses based on the information supplied to her by the company - [redacted]. Well, Christmas came & my daughter opened the dresses from her grandma and was thrilled ... until she tried them on - only one of three fit - mind you, all were ordered based on size charts provided by the company and were ordered in sizes based on these charts in comparison to my daughter's exact measurements - the one dress was too big (okay she can grow into it) - her favorite was too small, she was very sad, I console my daughter with an explanation that we can exchange for her size (sounds reasonable, as that is usually what happens at the holidays with clothing purchases). Then I contact the company after reading their very restrictive return policy (also, should mention they have zero exchange policy) since they only take returns within a "verified 20 days of receipt of product". I contacted the company to find out if we had any recourse given the dresses were ordered in November by a family member and were given to us as a gift we did not receive until Christmas day and all tags & original packaging is intact. After three email contacts with this company over the past four days I still do not have a clear answer from this company; they have simply sent me their policy (which states they do not accept returns of special occasion dresses after 20 days plus they charge a 20% restock fee & we have to pay return shipping as well) and told me to refer to their return policy, that I can ship the dress back using their prepaid label (that I will be charged for) but do not give me a clear answer as to whether or not I will receive any credit/refund or anything regarding this particular dress and circumstance given it is past the 20 days due to circumstances beyond my control as the recipient of a gift purchased through their company that happened to be more than 20 days before Christmas. Their policy is the whole reason I emailed in the first place, I had already read the policy Christmas day when we discovered 2 of the 3 dresses did not fit, we just wanted to know if their was a way to resolve the fact that one of the dresses we received was too small and it was ordered in a size determined by information provided by them! Most companies have a 60 or even 90 day return policy ... especially if all tags and original packaging is intact. This business is seriously a joke this was the first and last time anyone in my family will do business with them and I will be sure to tell everyone I know to steer clear of this place with their crappy policies.

I had ordered the wrong color dresses, and had some trouble printing my shipping label. The phones were down that day so I sent an email. Sophia's Style made everything right and more. I appreciate how well they took care of my issue!!
