We, at Sooner Utilities, Incregret that our customer is unhappy with his water serviceHe is correct that his meter
had not been read since February 2015, and this should have never happenedThe meter is located across the street from his residence where homes were destroyed by the countyIn that area, the grass has grown to considerable areas and the meter reader could not find the meter, nor notified the office that he was not reading the meterThe customer was not charged for any usage at that time, but was charged for the monthly service feeRecently, we hired a different meter reader, and upon training, the customer's meter was found and read with accuracyThe customer is only being charged for water that was consumed since February We understand this may be a burden, so we are willing to make a payment arrangement with him to make it easier to pay for the water he consumedIn addition, the Field Supervisor has been instructed to place a marker at the meter site so it will be easier to find in the future
