Sonya Dakar Skin Clinic

I ordered an item from Sonya Dakar's website a few months ago and I will never order from them again They messed up my order and sent me somebody else's order so I received a different product, including the other customer's invoice which included their personal information I called their customer service and they apologized, insisted this never happens, and offered to let me keep it for 10% off Umm, no, this is not my order, I want what I actually ordered They said send it back but at my expense which I was outraged at but they insisted they would refund my money I sent it back with my own money, finally received my package long after they promised I would receive it, and never received my refund for the shipping I called customer service once again to ask about my refund, was told they would call me back, never did, had to call again only to be told they can't refund my money and can only give me a credit towards my next purchase when they specifically told me they would refund my money if I paid for it A credit towards the next purchase is not the same as a refund I will never do business with this company again! They make customers pay for their mistake I'm sorry but your products are not that great that I would deal with this again Sad that it had to resort to this and writing this review but they do not know how to conduct business
