I ordered one bottle of SONUS COMPLETE for $69.00 + $4.14 tax for total of $73.14.Website said refund within 60 days. I took two of the supplements & it raised my blood pressure to 180/90 with pulse of 98. Packing slip was dated 6/27/20. My order # is ***. That's a lot of money when I cannot take it because it affects my health. I sent three emails to them, one on July 21, 2020, one on July 24, 2020, that went thru and one on 8/8/20 that showed UNDELIVERED. There is no phone number to get in touch with Customer Service only an email address that no longer works & shows UNDELIVERED. I took a look at your order and indeed, you are within your 60 days money back guarantee. Your guarantee started on June 29 and it's due to end on August 29.
We also checked and we never received any e-mails from you, please make sure you contacted us at *** or with the same e-mail address.
Of course we can issue you a refund, and we are very sorry that you cannot take advantage of these supplements.

I am rejecting this response because: Although their response is encouraging, I will not be satisfied until the money has been returned to my credit card or I receive a refund check in the mail. I am reluctant to trust them, as two of my emails were never responded to, and the third email was rejected. I will return the product back to them, and nothing but a full refund is acceptable.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Product has been returned to the business, received & signed for by them on 8/17/20, and $73.14 was refunded to my credit card on 8/15/20.
