Sonoscan moved to a new billing company in order to...
receive more accurate account information. During this period the billing manager unexpectedly gave notice. The complaintent's account request came during this transition period.
I am sending the complaintent a letter of apology, the refund check, as well as our main phone number. Additionally I am sending her an e-mail stating the above.

Review: While I was pregnant, I visited this office to get a sonogram done back in Dec 2012. Although my insurance covered all the cost occurred they insisted I pay the co-pay (30 dollars). After the examination I contacted my insurance company and confirmed that they paid the claim in full and I was not required to pay the co-pay for the examination, and I asked the office to refund the co-pay. It took almost one year for them to check my account balance, which has a credit of $30, and yet said it would took two month to pay me back. It's almost six months has passed since I had the last conversation with the accountant person at this office and I still have not received the check, and nobody picks up phone during the business hours. It makes me feel like they make money out of this un-required co-pay from the patients.Desired Settlement: I want them to refund my co-pay, which was not necessary in the first place.
