I have lived at Sonoran Vista Apartments since February 2016. Since August of 2016 a new management company Alliance Residential has taken over the property. Since then I have had nothing but issue after issue with this management company. I have been told that maintenance can't fix our cracked windows, or the caulking in our bathtub, the bugs crawling around inside of our place. I have been charged late fees, charged fees for community areas (Pool, hot tub, clubhouse, broken lighting for pathways, sprinklers, etc) Half of the Communal areas do not even work yet I am still being charged for them. I was charged for a automatic billing of 50 dollars extra added to my rent and was not even notified. If I had not have come into the office to check if my rent was paid for, than I would've been charged a late fee for not paying my rent in full due to the incompetence of the management staff not getting our billing statements to us on time. If rent is due on the 1st of the month and my billing statement isn't produced to me with a breakdown of what I owe until the 1st of the month, than how the [redacted] am I supposed to pay my bills on time? Clearly the staff can not give me an explanation as to why they can't pull their heads out of their [redacted]! The continuance of arrogance and condescending attitudes that the staff has towards it's residents is unimaginable. My A/C bill is through the roof, after looking at it you'd expect I'd be paying for a property the size of a Walmart Supercenter. When trying to place a work order, the maintenance staff doesn't even check the problem, yet they say they will have to check with their supervisors and then don't ever come back. I should be compensated for the amount of work that I have done to upkeep my own apartment which I DON'T EVEN OWN!!! If I wanted a second job I would've applied to Alliance Residential my hourly rate is $35.00 an hour!! When I get the chance to give the management staff my notice of not re-signing my lease I am going to do that quicker than the Flash can [redacted]! I am going to GET THE HELL OUT OF THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX AS FAST AS I CAN!!!! DO NOT RENT AT THIS PROPERTY, IT IS A SINKHOLE OF THE WORST [redacted] ALIVE. YOU HAVE BETTER LUCK LIVING UNDERNEATH A BRIDGE WITH A CARDBOARD BOX IN BETTER CONDITIONS THAN LIVING AT THIS COMPLEX!!!!! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!
