Review: I have been in contact with the owner, [redacted], regarding drainage issues resulting in backyard flooding during rainfalls. There is a potential grading issue and a definite drainage repair which needs to be performed. I have been attempting to get this resolved and repaired since August. [redacted] does not return emails or texts or, when he does, it is weeks later. The last communication from him was back on September 20th (in response to a 9/5 email from me) stating they would come over and repair/extend the drain so that it won't be trapped. I emailed him in response on 9/22 asking him to come by the morning of 9/25to discuss and schedule the days for them to do the work. I have not heard from him since.Desired Settlement: I expect that they would make the necessary repairs to correct the defective work that was done. This should occur in a timely fashion before the end of October. The new repairs should be warranted against future issues, including flooding.
