Sonoran Pool Service

This pool service is the worst I have ever used. They did not show up every week as scheduled. they told me I needed repair work that proved to be unnecessary and sent an employee out who said he could do it cheaper for cash. I gave him $2200 and he never came back. The pool owner, [redacted] [redacted], promised to take care of my problem but he never did. He just stopped answering my calls.

I had the exact same experience as [redacted]. I received an estimate from the owner, but the employee who came to fix the issue, charged me more. Then he offered to do a repair if I paid him $300 upfront. He disassembled my pool lights and then never returned to repair them. I contacted the owner who said he would take care of the problem, but never showed up and now is not returning any calls, emails, or texts.
