Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I accepted the offer of $a month and agreed to the renewal online so you (Sonoma) should have the electronic agreement I did ask about this and your team stated you no longer had the signed renewal, it was "discarded" which again is wrong in itself, it's a legal document As for you (Sonoma) signing the "counter", this makes no sense since you had made the offer to me and I had agreed to it electronically - on your website Sounds like a bait and switch to me Sincerely, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:I was offered the renewal letter which Sonoma included, this offer had actually expired and the sent me another lease offer which I accepted, see attachment After I received the "undone" notice I asked where the lease is that I signed, the lease for $a month and they told me they discarded it How can you discard a legal document?

As far as I know document was not counter signed by the office team and the document had not gone into effect.  The error in the generation was caught before hand and was fixed based on the renewal letter sent.   Please contact me at [redacted].  I will certainty ask the question of my supervisor.  I will need a copy of the signed document.
