signed and initialed every line of the agreementOur consultation is free and the patient does not have to sign up for surgery at that timeThe patient can leave with all of the quotes and information and call us back if they choose toHowever, this patient chose to sign upThis patient came into the office the following Tuesday and began yelling in the lobby at the front desk demanding his moneyHe became aggressive and loud with the consultant and she felt unsafe and asked the practice manager to speak with the patientThe practice manager explained the financial agreement again and showed him his initials and signatureThe patient’s concerns were escalated to the corporate level, and it was decided to uphold our financial agreementThe patient called back into the center several times and each time he was advised the refund request had been sent to corporateThe practice manager advised the patient of the final decision on the final phone conversation with the patient
