proper air flow and the drum temperature rises. We clean the filter on a weekly basis, but we were using the dryer twice as much as normal, we should have been cleaning the filter more often to accommodate the additional lint. I like to serve in the community and each year for free, we clean all the coast donated for Coats for Kids in the cities of Hayden and Coeur d'Alene. This is why the filters were blocked, and we should have adjusted our filter cleaning schedule. Next year we will do that. 
In our first phone call I apologized to Mr. [redacted] for ruining his sleeping bags and offered to pay him the replacement value for them. Mr. [redacted] said he planned to give the sleeping bags to Saint Vincent, and that I could do what I though was right with Saint Vincent and let him know what I did. I shared the story of Mr. [redacted]'s kind gesture with the manager at Saint Vincent when I dropped off the check.As a service to the community, I clean all the linens for the Festival of Trees free-of-charge. I do this work before and after my regular shift at the cleaners. Monday and Tuesday were hectic for me, because I was organizing the two week project. This is why I did not call Mr. [redacted] until Wednesday. I was completely taken aback at his response. In our second conversation he never mentioned that he wanted proof of a donation. If he had, I would have done that for him and this would have been resolved quickly. The check for $50.00 has not cleared, but the number is [redacted]. When it does clear I will send you a copy of it. I received the letter from the Revdex.com November 19, 2016, so it was impossible to respond by November 9, 2016.
Normally I do not mention the service I do in the community, because my motive is to help others, not for self-promotion. I felt it was necessary to mention these service projects to better explain my behavior in this situation.
