Sonja's Banners Plus

Not sure where to start on this. Our “problem” started around the 1st of November. We went into Banners Plus to talk to someone about designing a desert flag. We worked with the gal ([redacted], I presume) and designed one. She had us come back the next week to see a sample of the flag. Came back, and she didn’t have it done. Tomorrow, she said. Came back the next day; not done. We lived out of town, so this was a big inconvenience to us. Finally it was done, and we placed the order. I had mentioned I needed them by Christmas; no problem, she said. She said they would be done around the 10th or 11th. I told her we would be in town on the 15th of December. We decided to give her a couple extra days, and did not go into town until the 17th. THEY WERE NOT DONE! AGAIN! They were out being sewn. I told her if they were not done by Friday. The 19th, she could cancel the order. Through all of this, they had our phone number, but never received a call. Well, you guessed it, I went in Friday, and her response was SHE canceled the order because they “ruined” them (the person who was to be sewing them). Again, never received a call. I’m beginning to wonder if she even finished the order and if she even sent them in to be sewn. I should have read the review on Facebook first. The review was almost exactly like my circumstance. The customer service was horrible. I don’t even know how they are even in business. Now, I’m out the Christmas gifts because of her lack of completing the work.
