Hello,I have recently been put in charge of answering these unanswered complaintsThe customer reached out to us on the evening of 10/8/requesting assistance with the cancellation of his subscription We assisted him in doing so the next morning when the office was open for business, and closed out his unpaid balance No money was ever taken from this customer so I'm uncertain what this Revdex.com complaint is for.Thank you for your time, [redacted] Customer Experience Manager
We are very sorry to hear that this customer has decided to cancel her subscription to Sonicbids. Their membership has now been cancelled, and the most recent renewal charge had been fully refunded on 2/13/18 before this complaint was filed, though it may have taken a few days for their bank to...
process the transaction. The customer signed up for an automatically renewing monthly subscription with Sonicbids, which is detailed extensively in our terms of service all users must read and agree to in order to sign up. The subscription began on 1/1/18, and renewed again on 2/1/18. If at some point the user lost access to their subscription, then contacting customer service is the best way to go about getting that resolved. The customer instead decided to sit on the issue until 2/13 when she contacted us. I asked her why she didn't contact us sooner to resolve the problem and she had no answer to that, but she seemed to expect we somehow go back in time and fix the problem in the past without knowledge of it.Despite being outside of our refund policy, I agreed to refund the customer's most recent transaction with us that day. She then went on to file this complaint anyways for some reason.In summation, the refund was already processed before the complaint was lodged, so this is a non-issue.Let me know if I can provide any additional details about this interaction, I'll be happy to assist in any way I can.
