Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Joseph environmental simply took my deposit and never had any intentions of doing any work you know kept the money saying that he used it for permits and for management expenses what did he manage? Where was the management fee this close to me why was there even a management fee charged to obtain a permit? I want my $back nine of the permits were even used or needed Regards, [redacted]

Recently went to the Sonic location in Gallatin TNI was very disappointed with the serviceWhen placing my order I told them that the screen was incorrect and I I didn't order a Diet Coke and it should be a Cherry Dr PepperThen when the Catholic brought our food I asked if there was ranch for the cheered peppers I the bag and she said yesI tipped her a dollar and we went home to find a Diet Coke and no ranchIt aggravates me because I really enjoy the soft drinks at sonicPoor customer service and laziness is all I have to say about this location

Two whom it may concern:
I contacted *** *** at Steel Aviation regarding purchase of ***, a Cirrus SRadvertised on *** as: "ready for a new owner this one has been pampered all of its lifeAn excellent choice with a great historyAll ADs are in compliance, complete and continuous logbooks with no damage history."
When I contacted *** in response to this ad, I advised I was referred to her firm from a trusted friendI also informed her I would be a first time Cirrus owner, I was not very skilled at buying aircraft, especially Cirrus and I was looking for her guidance as she is one of the most active Cirrus dealers on the marketI also specifically stated I needed a "turnkey aircraft, without any damage history." She assured me *** was in excellent, turnkey condition and a very good choice for me and confirmed no damage historyI asked several questions about the plane including missing compression readings from the last inspection and low

I purchased and order that was made incorrectlyI did not find out that my food was made wrong until I arrived at work (had to work more hoursI cannot call or contact the establishment whatspeverI have phone records to prove that I have tried several times to contact them to reach a solution or process a refundIve been trying for an hour and still cannot contact them
