Review: After conversations with [redacted] from Sonic Tool Co, LLC, in CT, The University of NSW, Sydney Australia, agreed to pay for some machinery on a Proforma Invoice totalling nearly $15,000 USD. That was in December 2012. After repeated emails, calls etc and promises of delivery we are now sending a final letter of demand before taking further action.

Review: This Taiwanese customer placed order pricing at 110,000 USD of Ultrasonic solar absorber welding machine in Jan,2010.. Even though there are some update reports issued from Sonic Tool Company LLC in the past 3 years, until now there is no any feedback and response and email replied by Sonic Tool Company from 2013, Aug.,Desired Settlement: Either get the machine shipped or refund completely.

Review: Robert Foster of Sonic Tool Co, LLC, in CT, agreed to deliver equipment for a price of $10,500. Mr. Foster procured an invoice that was paid in November 2012. After repeated emails and calls to Mr. Foster, delivery was never made. We sent a final letter demanding refund in July 2012, and have not received any notice, or response.Desired Settlement: OnTo Technology requests a full refund for the payment towards equipment. The lack of equipment impacts The Company's capability in performing work required in a Federal contract.
