email asking for a refund. The client made her initial appointment online. She filled out the online patient form which includedacknowledgment that any appointment needed 24 hours' notice to be cancelled and not charged. It alsostates that refunds can only be given before any procedure begins. If we do not get 24 hours' notice, wecannot fill the space with another customer and still need to pay our employee. The client had her first appointment on 4/24/16. She came in and seemed satisfied with the session. She made her next 2 appointments for 5/2/16. One for 3:00 and one for 3:40. Our notes state that she wantedthe 2 appointments to try "RF" Radio Frequency for her thighs and face. Our system is set up to send a reminder text/email 24 hours before any appointment. Our records show thatthe reminder was sent.We received an email early morning 5/2/16 stating that she needed to cancel due to her mother being sick.We emailed back and forth and there was never any mention of a refund. I told her I'm sorry her mother was sick and I just wanted to resolve the issue. She said that I was harassing her and did not want me to call back and only deal with the Revdex.com.Sonic Thin has been tn business for approximately 3 years. This is the first "Complaint" we have had to the Revdex.comor any other organization. WE think this "complaint'' to the Revdex.com fs unwarranted. We do not think the Revdex.comshould be involved unless; the two parties cannot come to an agreement themselves. Sonic Thin was neveroffered the opportunity to handle the problem. We would love to resolve the issue, but the client does notwant to communicate with us. The client has brought up the issue of her mother being sick many times. It ismy opinion that the emotional component of this is taking precedent over anything else.Sonic Thin strives to be the very best tn its fleld. Sonic Thin has always done everything it can to provide agreat service and please its customers. We would love to resolve this issue. The client said she paid $300.00. Our receipt shows she paid $270.00. (copy included). This was for 6 sessions. She used one and cancelled a double session. She disputes scheduling for a double session. rf we charge forthe one used and one of the missed appointments, the client should pay for 2 sessions ($90.00). That meansthat we would refund her $180.00.Please let us know if the client agrees with this.Sonlc Thin Body Sculpting
