July 28, 2016Dear [redacted] ***,This letter is sent in response to case ID# [redacted] While the unit that was sold to [redacted] was sold "As Is" without warranty, Sonic Offroad will very thoroughly always go over, inspect and make any necessary repairs on each unit for sale to ensure that it operates properly and safelyThe unit that was sold to [redacted] did not show or exhibit any signs of the problem that [redacted] statedSonic Offroad has been in business for over years and we want our customers to be very happy with their purchase so they continue to purchase from us and recommend us to othersWhen [redacted] contacted me regarding the problem he had with the unit I offered to repair the issue at no charge to himUpon further discussion with him he did not want to bring the unit to my shop in Pennsylvania for repair and said he preferred to be reimbursed $dollars to have a person of his choosing make repairs he felt were neededEven though I would have preferred to inspect and repair any issue myself, I wanted [redacted] to be happy with his purchase and sent him the money so he could handle the problem as he chose to and I considered the matter resolvedBecause [redacted] chose to handle the situation this way Sonic Offroad can not be responsible for any repairs, adjustments or modifications that [redacted] or other party decided to make to the unit or any further repair of the unit.Thank you very much.Yours,Mathew C

Sonic Offroad has been in business for over 10 years and we want our customers to be very happy with their purchase so they continue to purchase from us and recommend us to others. When [redacted] contacted me regarding the problem he had with the unit I offered to repair the issue at no charge to him. Upon further discussion with him he did not want to bring the unit to my shop in Pennsylvania for repair and said he preferred to be reimbursed $1000.00 dollars to have a person of his choosing make repairs he felt were needed. Even though I would have preferred to inspect and repair any issue myself, I wanted [redacted] to be happy with his purchase and sent him the money so he could handle the problem as he chose to and I considered the matter resolved.
