My vehicle was towed and damaged by this company. I keep on calling them constantly but no one returns my call and my damage needs to be fixed.
On March 14, 2020 my new grey 2017 Honda Accord was towed by *** I tracked my car from my app and it was at a Walgreens down the street. We drove to the Walgreens to meet him but he said we have to pick it up from the tow company which was only 6 minutes away. As the tow driver was driving away, exiting the Walgreens parking lot my car scratched. I heard the noise and got upset. My car was not hooked up properly. As my car was being towed, it was leaning which I have proof of. We pulled up next to the guy & told him that the car was leaning and he said it was fine & rolled back up his windows. After we reached, I paid $135 to get my car out of their property. When I received it , my front bumper was slightly pulled off and underneath the bumper was ripped. He just gave me a number to call and drove off. Horrible customer service for one. I have to constantly call this company 3 times a week. The manager has only been there twice. The parking monitor company number they gave me, no one has ever reached out to me. Associates that work there claimed that they'll leave message to the owner and manager to call me and no one has. This company is purposely avoiding me because they do not want to fix what one of their guys damaged. I do not appreciate it. It has been a month later.
I am seeking reparations for the stress this company has been putting me through. Also for my car to be fixed, as it was damaged by the man who towed my car. I need a response as to when my car will get fixed.
I was parked correctly in a parking spot and my tire was touching the white line and they towed my car.The company is listed as a 24hr operating business so I called and no answer and when I went to pick up my vehicle no one was there and I was outraged. The next day I was able to view the pictures they sent to the complex only to find out they altered the position of my car to show the car as doubled parked.Not only is this illegal but also unprofessional. Ive researched this company and they have so may complaints I'm not sure how they are still running their business like this
Other (requires explanation) I would like a refund for the towing expense and the aggravation of what I had to go through to retrieve my vehicle.
There is no vehicle information for me to investigate this matter. However it is impossible for them to alter the position of the car for towing because we are given a pick up order including pictures by a third party (monitoring company) before we arrive on property to tow the vehicle. We do understand that non consent tow company's have bad reps because everyone feels they have done nothing wrong. The violations are set by the property in order to have organization and space for other residents. We will not be providing a refund, if you are occupying more than one space you are taking away parking for another resident. We understand it is unfortunate, but rules have to be abided by all residents.

Hi Thanks for the response at this point, I no longer want a response from the company or want anything from the company. So the second part of the complaint can be avoided at this point. I spoke w/ the owner of this business.
