Purchased a car stereo receiver a couple months ago; the radio function never worked well; screen was flaky, overall low manufacture quality Sound reproduction was sadly low Figured it was what it was, got what I paid for Right after day warranty expired radio completely failed Wouldn't turn on; sometimes jump in and out with a skipping sound or not start up at all Hoped Sonic Electronics would stand behind their product that should in all reality last longer than months, but they did not Very frustrated
I purchased an item from Sonic ElectronixInstalled item and it is defectiveNow they want me to PAY for shipping back to them on a defective junk
I received a set of in-ear blue tooth earphone as a Christmas gift from my spouse which she ordered via Sonic Electronic web site The product I received was neither in sealed packaging or and was missing several components When I called their customer service 800# on 12/I heard a recorded message stated that "they had reached their call capacity" and I should "call back at another time." I then requested a return authorization via their web site At the end of filling out a form a respond said, "we've received your request and will get back to you." Neither of the above sits well with me based on their advertising of a 'NO HASSLES, NO QUESTIONS, GUARANTEED RETURN POLICY."
Over the past year I have purchased quite a few of products from sonicelectronix.com and they have proven themselves to be a beyond understanding and reasonable business to be vendors for electronic productsOn a pair of speakers I purchased one speaker was defective from the manufacturer and with a two minute phone call I was able to ship back this one speaker and have it exchanged free of shipping feesthey go the extra mile to keep customers satisfied and are very knowledgeable of the products they sell

Figured it was what it was, got what I paid for. Right after 60 day warranty expired radio completely failed. Wouldn't turn on; sometimes jump in and out with a skipping sound or not start up at all. Hoped Sonic Electronics would stand behind their product that should in all reality last longer than 3 months, but they did not. Very frustrated.
