They decline to provide a receipt for some purchases. I went in there to buy some gold items but they say they don't provide receipt for some items and that has been their policy for years. If I bought the item and it turned out to be sub-standard or not even gold, I can't go back to them as they could easily say that I didn't purchase the item from them. Their longtime "policy" of not giving customers receipts for some items does not seem right to me.
