I am rejecting this response because:First, funds have not been received at *** Bank by Soneta Software. I called *** Bank 4/28/if a refund of $200.00, $and $were refunded by Soneta Software. A dispute investigation is in process by *** Bank and in verifying Soneta's claim of the return of funds the answer was ABSOLUTELY NOT as of 4/28/17. In tracking Soneta's claim of refund would be to call *** Claims at ***. I am doing the same. All three lines indicating each individual amount was correct. Secondly, two comments made according to the reply from Soneta software were completely opposite of each other. 1. claimed already issued refund days back for a full refund 2. April - no knowledge of the details disputedHow can two statements from one company be so extremely opposite. The scam seems to continue and I do expect a truthful return of funds.
