Review: I ordered barricades from this company on Monday, February 25, 2013. I indicated that I needed them delivered no later than Friday March 1, 2013 and that if I did not get them by that date I did not want them. [redacted] was my sales person and assured me that he would have them delivered by that date. On February 28, 2013 Sonco Barricades charged my credit card $2670. I called [redacted] on February 28, 2013 to make sure that my order was going to show up on time. He indicated that he made a mistake and my order will not be delivered until Monday March 4, 2013. I indicated that I would not be taking delivery of the order because it was not delivered as promised. The shipping company returned the barricades back to Sonco. I have repeatedly asked for my refund with no success. He emailed me on March 22, 2013 as said, "Morning [redacted], The credit to your charge card is being processed. Thanks for your patience." As of today, April 8, 2013 I still do not have my refund.Desired Settlement: I want them to do as they have promised and issue me a credit of $2670 on my card.
