Review: Hello Sir/Madam,

This is the one of the worst and fraud jewelery shop in NJ . We purchased a jewelery and what they have showed to us and what they packed was totally different and defective. After some time we have opened their item and found that there was a big defect and when we have taken that item to them they just refused to help us and also they Misbehaved with my family .

The Item was $5000+ and they are not taking the ownership of that. This is a type of gift Item which we have never open for few days and opened on special occasion and found that product was totally different what was shown.

We are very disappointed with their worst behavior and also who ever on the counter was very professional person to talk. My Wife is expecting and their rude and Bully behaviour effected my wife.

Please take a strong action against them and also please read the review and complaint against them on the external site. People are not aware about the Revdex.com so that's why they are not coming forward to compliant.

Please help us on this issue.

I am rejecting this response because:

First of all your response shows the clear picture of your loyalty with your customers . I have opened this complaint Two months Before and you are replying me after two months which shows your irresponsible behavior toward your customers.

Now another point which Mentioned in your mail that you are in Business from Last 25 years , so this is the Main reason to miss behave with the customers because you are in business from last 25 years . Can I consider that you are doing wrong business practice because of 25 years logic.

My point is clear , you have not taken the owner ship of your product which I have purchased from your shop and that product was defective. And also please don't think that you can do miss behave with your customers because you are in business in last 25 years this is totally injustice.
