Am waiting on a partial refund for services not completely rendered.
I completed two procedures with this company by securing a loan through Green Sky. Both procedures were a waste of money to be honest as no results have been seen. No one has contacted me yet regarding photos of the before and after. I notice we are in a pandemic however I know they are currently open as my sister just had an appointment with them. Next order of business the second procedure I did not complete as the last treatment was cancelled due to covid-19 closure. I contacted them a month ago stating that I will be relocating and would like a partial refund on the treatment that I did not finish. Someone in the system it indicated that I had completed all 3 treatment cycles when I have only completed two. The lady contacted their headquarters and headquarters approved a refund for which she could not explicitly state how much. I can only assume XXX-XXX dollars. I have contacted Green Sky and they have stated that the refund has not been processed. I have called and left a message to which no one has responded to. It is one thing to pay money on a loan for two products that have not shown any added value to me like. It is another to have to continue to pay for a product that I have not completely receive on.
I would like a refund for the services that I did not receive. I would also like some compensation as neither procedure had any new results (ie on the face or my thighs). Reviews for this company in the future will not be a positive one.
The refund has for the one treatment unused has been processed by our corporate office in the amount of *** The client was call and signed the form for the funds to be released. We are extremely short staffed due to everything going on with covid-19. I apologize for the delay. We are very thankful for all of our customers and only want them happy.

I'll accept that they are finally providing a refund. I do not accept that they attempted to email me the a fund for a refund. If the email was wrong they could have called me earlier. maybe when I had left a message and no one called me back or before I filed a complain with Revdex.com. I still will post negative reviews of their services as they did not work for me.
