this developer scammed the property owners of [redacted]. He signed a road maint. agreement and isn't honoring it. He is still building new dev[redacted] was shabbily constructed when the development was created. It NEVER was up to DOT code, but "somehow" this was allowed. The 135 houses in this neighborhood are the victims here. The developers are building new developments under a slightly different name, this is cronyism at its worst.Desired Settlement[redacted] (per the NCDOT) must be up to their original specs before the state can take it over. This is the result the neighborhood expects.
