complaint. Yes, our system did have his cell number listed due to the fact that the number once belonged to one of our parents. When he first called about the issue, our registrar did remove his information from one of the data listings based on the messages he said he kept getting. Unfortunately, we weren't aware that he was still active under another application that was also generating messages. When he called the both times that we have on record, he was very rude and volatile when communicating to both our registrar and receptionist (Mrs. Green). On the day he spoke to Mrs. Green, she did not hang up on him. She told him that she was not the person that could address the issue, but that she would transfer him to the registrar and she told him to "please hold." Since this incident, we have searched our data bases and have ensured that [redacted] has been removed completely out of our system. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Speaking with the principle numerous time she was finally able to get this resolved!
