I bought the combo hot/cold pack at Sam's Club. The cold ones work fine. The hot ones are crap. Says to wrap in a towel and boil 15 to 20 mins to reactivate. I checked it at 20 mins and it still had solids.. Let it go another 20 minutes and no change. No matter how long I boil them they do not go back to liquid.Total waste of money.
