I am rejecting this offer because you are just consistent in stating the same things over and over with the exception of changing your stance on the specifics that I am able to provide proof ofClearly not consistent, trust worthy or professional!I have no problem sending you the old diplomaOnce you have already sent me a new, corrected one first!You can also send me "call tags" to send the old Diploma back to you free of charge in the same package as the new diploma, since YOU caused all of the problems and harassment here!You also need to enclose a free "Proof" with this "deal", so I have assurance "THIS IS DONE CORRECTLY THIS TIME BEFORE I RECEIVE IT"And the offer needs to upgraded to "free expedited trackable shipping" considering this is what I already paid for originally?If you "Choose" not to do this after all you have done and caused, then I demand a full refund!Also since you are now stating you will redo the diplomaYou need to clarify ALL the things you are willing to redo specifically and also provide a proof so this can be corrected once and for allI have enclosed all the things I found found wrong with this when I originally contacted (I will include those things below again)you to begin with that needs to be corrected!Problem 1: The body of the diploma is not centered on the page nor to match the header!Problem 2: The principal's name as per our former emails should have been alegible first and last name, even a first initial and a last nameBut not simply random letters like what you have done with a hyphen in the center!Problem 3: The "W" in Who should be capitalized beginning the 2nd paragraph.Problem 4: The final sentence beginning with "Given at West Columbia" should either have a full line space between this sentence and the above sentenceOr should begin directly after the above sentence including a period and proper spaces.Also you state you need the original diploma back before you create the replacement because you did not save any of the info - However all of the personalized info can be found here in the attachments, including the order confirmation attachment and attached pictures
Response...I did contact this "so called Company" on 12/13/to inquire about the products. I also did send "samples" on 12/13/because his website showed many different "State Seals" but I did not see one for the State of SCThis was the reason for the "Sample" was for the SealThis is also why he stated I had to have a Custom product printed(I have also enclosed this particular email by itself so you can see the attachments, they were not small, they were obviously able to be viewed full screen or even had the option to download them - Also if they were so "Small" that he could not get the "Paragraph" style correct, how did he get the Seal correct? Which is even smaller that the paragraph style!)I did also ask various questions between 12/13/through 12/15/regarding the signatures, the State Seal, The Borders, even the "fakeness" of the finish product, throughout these emails, as I was skeptical! I even ask for a proof however he wanted to charge me even more money for that & also wanted me to send him the money via western union in order to do thatWhich I thought was pretty fishy! (These conversations are all outlined in all the time and dated emails that I have previously sent to you)On 12/16/I did finally decide to give this a shot because although he would not provide me with a "proof" without extra money being sent his own "Guarantee" which is stated on his websites states they will do whatever it takes to fix any problems that may arise "free of charge", should the customer askThere is also no mention of a deadline date(I have screen shotted this page from his website in order to also provide as evidence)I have also enclosed via email a copy of the actual order confirmationAs you can see there was nothing stated that I requested any "Customized verbiage" (as he is now stating) the only thing that needed to be customized is my personal information, as all requests would have to be to each individual.On December 18th, I had received the package, just opened very briefly because there were medical issues going on with my Mother who loved out of state which we were trying to figure outI basically glanced at the spelling of my name and the spelling of the schoolDid not even take it all the way out of the package & I did think it was good at that momentHowever now I admit that I was completely pre-occupied at that time and should have fully checked it out right then and there! As we were waiting more information on my Mother, we were notified by my Brother that yes in fact she had had a full stroke and we would be required to come to the area in order to help with her care and arrangements, so we dropped everything and left townThe "Diploma" was left in its packaging in the living room.Upon squaring everything away and returning on March 1st, I opened the package back up because I was planning on hanging it in my office, which is the 1st time it was fully out of its packaging, and this is when I began to notice all the flaws!This is when I contacted the Company regarding all of these issues! (You can see all of this info via the emails provided).This is the first time he told me that I should have provided him this info at the time of the order - How can I do that when the problems made to this diploma were done after I spoke to him about placing the order!This is when he became NASTY, called me names, made threats to me, continued to harass meYou have all these emails as proof.I again attempted once again, requesting that he stay professional in asking for this to be correct (due to the guarantee per his website) and he wanted to charge me $plus shippingI refused to pay him this additional money because he had already tried to scam $out of me in the beginning then an additional unknown amount to get a proof.After I declined to pay him this additional money he became offensive, even tried to deny that I bought a product from him, and started making threats again which is why I decided to get the Revdex.com involved.I will be sending the additional emails to the Revdex.com email address that I was provided

Re: Order Update #[redacted]This woman contacted our company and asked is we could make a custom document for her. She sent us a small pic and we said that we could do it and gave her a price on it. She paid for the document and we sent it out the next day this was in December of 2017. When she received...
the document she sent us the email below stating that we did a really good job. 3 months later she contacts us telling us that it was off center and she did not like the signatures and that the wording on the document was not correct. We explained to her that the pic she sent was off center also and that the text was correct. we also explained that the signatures are supposed to be illegible as we told her in a previous email before she made the purchase. She demanded that we make her another one.he problem is that it is company policy to keep copies of the diplomas we make on file for 3 months in case of any errors or until we get a response from the customer that it was good. as you can see she did send us an email telling us that we did a great job. we got rid of the copy. We then told her that we would go through the trouble of making it again for $59.95 and she refused. This was a great price to go through that much work again. We have been doing this since 2002 and have sold more than 25,000 novelty documents with no complaints. We make every effort to satisfy our customers, but this person cannot be satisfied unless she has someone else pay for her mistakes.
