I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. I backed/paid for a product that was supposed to fitAfter many exchanges and emails I still do not have a product that fitsSince the company cannot fulfill what they promised, I do not feel that it is unreasonable to expect a refundI do not feel that their offer of store credit was appropriateI was told that the only reason they could not issue me a refund was because they did not have my credit card information, I provided them with my paypal information and was ignoredI have not yet returned the item because the company stopped communicating with me.

We have also reminded her about this.Although we exchanged countless emails with [redacted] trying to make sure the product worked for her based on her assessment of how the product fit, she was never fully satisfied. Even though we are not required to go beyond the product she backed, we offered her points to use on our website to purchase any of the other 50+ products we offer.
