Review: My new car was parked in the parking lot of the Oak Apartments in Atascadero, CA, when this company was spray painting some fences. My car was not asked to be moved -- I was staying with a friend and unaware of the painting. The company over-sparyed all over the front and driver's side of my NEW honda. I contacted the apartment complex who gave me the company information and I then contacted the owner, Jesse Kent. He said to have the car detailed and he would reimburse after I sent a copy of the invoice. After numerous voice mails have been left, and letters sent to his address, I finally decide to start texting -- to which I FINALLY (almost three months later!!!!!) get my first response after the initial phone call from him. He replied with a text, "I will send the check next week." Well now 13 days have passed I still have not received a check..This is poor business practice and this company clearly lacks integrity.To boot, the detail service only cost $225 - which he is too cheap to pay for -- and, my car is still messed up! The Honda Dealership said it would not be able to remove the paint specks on any of the black molding because it would change the color of the molding..I am so upset I don't know what to do.Desired Settlement: I would simply like the $225 reimbursement, rather than paying legal fees to take him to court..
