Review: We would not recommend working with [redacted] at Soltions for Growth, here's our story: Back in June 2013, we negotiated with [redacted] to have him work on 4 of our emails. While the price was expensive and was a lot more than we had been paying, we decided to go forward with the 4 emails. The first email was a total disaster, and the clicks we received were the lowest we have ever received. To this day, his first email had the least amount of clicks on any email we have ever done and was our worst performing email. We called [redacted], and he agreed that the first email was Free, and that we would do 4 more emails as part of the contract. The next 4 emails were during June & July of 2013, and they performed mediocre to say the least, but we decided to negotiate with [redacted] about doing more emails. He sent us a contract on August [redacted], but we decided to wait before signing it as his prices were high and the performance of his emails was low. A week later on the [redacted] of August 2013, out of the blue, [redacted] sends us an email that we have an "Open Balance". He outlined in the email that we had done 5 emails, which we did, but he specifically agreed that the first email was Free. In fact while we were negotiating over a week earlier to do more emails with him, he never mentioned anything about an open balance, nor that we owed him any money. After we got the open balance email, we told him not to charge our credit card, but he did so anyway, which was completely dishonest. We do not recommend others use [redacted]'s email services. Be aware that he does not keep his word, and his services were mediocre and expensive to say the least.Desired Settlement: We would like [redacted] to refund us 195 dollars.
