Unfortunately I took my computer for repairs to Herb Groves, who claimed he could fix it He not only kept my computer for days, took $140+ for parts I did not need, he damaged & gouged the top because he obviously did not know how to open it properly He gave it back with a $invoice and within minutes of booting the same blue screen appeared NOT repaired!!!
He told me it was fine when he tested it, but I believe that was a lie He ripped me off, threatened my livelihood, and within weeks closed his doors and moved Save yourself the grief and do not let this man take your money
