This business has been terrible to deal with I called them to repair a stove at a rental property block from their store They sent a technician to the property to assess the stove and reported back that it might be the front panel of the stove but, could not confirm that this would fix the problem I gave them the go ahead to order the part and waited to hear back from them month went by without any contact from them When I called wondering where the part was, they gave me some ** about the part still needing to be manufactured in China and shipped over I gave them more weeks to get the part and still no call after another month I called the owner who shrugged it off and told me he would be fine if I cancel the repair After telling him how poor his customer service was, he proceeded to tell me that I could call his supplier and find out why the part was taking so long Regardless to say, I have never had worse service in my life and can't imagine how business like this stay open

Jason dId an exceellent job pf servicing a malfunction in our new dishwasher but the most important thing was the time he took to explain how the dishwasher worked and how to make full use of it. This was valuable information that the salesperson, the person who installed it and the manual failed to give. Service doesn't get better than this!
