Solstice Sun Glass Boutique

On November 27th, 2015, I purchased a pair of [redacted] sunglasses from the Solstice Sunglass Store in SouthPoint Mall. I paid XXX.XX for the sunglasses and was offered a warranty of XX.XX. The employee told me the warranty covered all damaged and repairs for two years. The only exception being if they were lost of stolen. All I had to due was bring the damaged sunglasses into the store and they would replace them. I purchased the warranty and left the store. On April 10th, 2016, the sunglasses were sat on and the left arm was broken. That same day, I called the Solstice store in Durham and explained what had happened. The employee on staff that day ([redacted]) said that he had not heard of any warranties that Solstice offered and could not help. He then directed me to Solstice Corporate Customer Service. After talking to the Customer Service Representative, she said the warranty was provided through the store not the company and I needed to resolve this through the store. I called back to the store and had them verify my order information showing the warranty purchased but they again said they could not help.
