Solomon's Septic Tank Service

's Sanitation's cut my electric line and I have no electricity in my two outer buildings. ***'s' have not made the repair as promised.
I contacted ***'s Sanitation at *** and *** to repair a septic tank line at *** The company is located at ***, NC The repair was completed to my satisfaction and I paid them $2,500.00 for the repair.

Before the septic tank repair, I contacted Person County GIS at *** at 3*** I was informed that I need to complete digging paperwork before ***'s could repair the septic tank lines because I needed to make sure that I did not need a building permit for the repair. I drove to the GIS office and completed the proper paperwork for the septic tank repair. The property was inspected and the property was marked with flags. I was advised by the engineer that I did not need a building permit.

I have two buildings behind the main house that has electrical power. After the repair of the septic tank by ***s Sanitation the electrical power in those building stopped working.

I have made several phone calls to ***s Sanitation and Ms. always informed me that she was going to have someone from her office to call me about the repair. I have called Ms. for two months and no one has repaired the electrical problem.

I am contacting you for assistance in getting the electricity restored to the two outer buildings.
