I purchased a PCM from this company. I received the product very promptly. The company's customer service representative personally responded to my inquiries and was very helpful.

Although the original diagnosis on the vehicle was incorrect, and I did not end up needing to replace the car's PCM after all, I returned the PCM for a refund less their restock fee, which I though was quite reasonable. I can recommend this company as a honest and reliable source for aftermarket PCMs.836
