Solis Mammography

I showed up for my appointment at Cedar Hill Solis Mammography after I already made sure I was in their network. The woman at the desk was quick to dismiss me and say I wasn't in network and that I could pay cash for a self-pay visit instead. I said no thank you I will call my benefits and straighten this out.
The next day I got a text saying I missed my appointment. I called Solis and they said I am in network and they were confused because it looks like I missed the appointment and didnt even show up. I rescheduled at the Arlington, TX location without any hiccups. zero stars for the staff at Cedar Hill as I believe she was politically driven to like to me and not accept me in the office based on my attire. All the stars for Arlington, TX Solis.

I typically never had any problems with Solis before now. I need to see a new doctor to get a service order for a mammogram. I managed to get an appointment with a doctor towards the end of July at a low-cost clinic. Solis was told this when I received a call (I'd gotten several before) from them about my being overdue for a mammogram. The woman said I could call them and they could help me find another clinic that could get me in sooner if nothing sooner opened up with the clinic. Then I got a letter a week ago telling me I'm past due for an appointment. So today I called them to explain things again. The woman I spoke to was rude and just kept repeating I needed to see a doctor even though I explained my situation when I first got on the line with her (there's no doctor for me to see because my previous one left, I cannot manifest a doctor out of nothing) and being overall nasty. It's too bad the customer service line doesn't work, because I certainly would've given her a bad rating. Neither she nor the second woman I called at the number listed in the letter seemed to know what I was talking about when I mentioned being told by the earliest Solis representative that they could help my with locating another clinic. At this point I think I'd rather see another place to get my mammogram.
