Thank you for sharing these concerns with Solis at Towne Center and P.BBell Our records indicate that Mr [redacted] moved out on 6/7/17, and concurrently, final bills for water, sewer, and trash services for the usage period concluding on the move out date (5/1/– 6/7/17) were applied to the resident ledger In addition to the final billing for utilities, move out charges were applied for cleaning and the removal of trash left in the apartment home We apologize for any frustrations however, utility billing and move out charges are both defined in the lease signed by every resident at Solis at Towne Center or any P.BBell Community The management team has been in communication with Mr [redacted] and the balance owed has been paid in full as of 7/22/ This matter is resolved as of the same date, 7/22/ We wish Mr [redacted] a wonderful experience in his new home and thank him for choosing Solis at Towne Center and a P.B Bell CommunityThank you,
